Strategy and operations

Built to run without you

So your out of office finally tells the truth

We build and run the strategy and operations that take a founder from running everything to leading a company that runs itself.

Who it’s for

Founders and teams the business leans on too hard

If any of these sound familiar, the problem isn’t effort. It’s that too much runs through too few people.

  • The business depends too much on one person
  • Everything important lives in someone’s head or inbox
  • Growth is capped by operations, not demand
  • Projects stall because no one owns the follow-through
  • You’re the bottleneck, and you already know it

What we do

Three ways we step in

We find where the work leaks time, money, and momentum, and fix it before it breaks.

Strategy

Where the business is headed, turned into priorities the team can actually execute.

Operations

The systems and project management that make the work repeatable, so it holds without you in every detail.

Founder and executive advisory

A steady thinking partner and an operator in your corner for the calls only you can make.

The method

How we work

01

Diagnose

We map how the work actually flows and show you where time and money leak.

02

Build

Systems and project plans built to fit how you operate, not a template off a shelf.

03

Run

We run it with your team until it holds on its own, then hand it back documented.

Running the operations behind a 150-country firm

Challenge

The highest office of a global professional services firm, operating in more than 150 countries, ran on board-level priorities that could not be allowed to slip.

What we did

We owned the processes, vendor relationships, and reporting that kept those priorities on track across the firm.

Outcome

The firm’s top office ran on a system, with board-level work visible and moving end to end.

From scattered to self-running

Challenge

A healthcare technology company was running on heroics. Dozens of projects lived across separate teams with no shared view of who owned what or what was at risk.

What we did

Over a three-month engagement, we stood up a single system of record, put a named owner on every workstream, and launched a daily operating cadence, a weekly leadership report, and a live risk register.

Outcome

The business had one honest view of itself that the team runs, not the founder.

A service turned into a business that scales

Challenge

A founder’s business ran entirely on her. Every offer and every client passed through her hands, so there was no way to grow without simply adding more of her.

What we did

We ran the complete startup: shaping the offer, building a tiered pricing model, designing a recurring subscription so revenue no longer depended on the next project, and putting the operations in place to launch and run it.

Outcome

A one-to-one service became a productized business with three tiers and a monthly subscription, built to keep selling whether or not the founder is in the room.

From expertise to a bookable practice

Challenge

An accomplished expert had real authority in her field but no commercial platform to meet the demand for it.

What we did

We built the strategy and positioning, stood up the platform, and mapped a 12-month roadmap, turning scattered expertise into a clear, bookable offer with a plan to grow it.

Outcome

A new revenue stream that didn’t exist before, a speaking and consulting practice ready to book, and a 12-month plan the business now runs on.

Who you’re working with

The whole job is one shift. From founder who runs everything to CEO who runs the company.
