The Proposal (5-7 days later)
If we're moving forward, we'll send you a proposal that outlines our approach and what we'll charge. Everything's transparent. No surprise fees, no fine print. You'll know exactly what you're getting.
Let's Build Your Trip
Once you're in, the fun starts. We'll ask you questions (lots of them, we're thorough). Then we'll come back with your itinerary. We'll tweak it until it feels right. This is collaborative. You're not just handed a plan and told "good luck."
