Everything in Complete, plus: access to “fully booked” restaurants, private guides, experiences built to your taste, and real-time support while you travel. Text us a craving at 9pm and we make it happen.

Groups and experience design

Is the one the group chat is counting on. The bachelorette, the reunion, the group 40th. Nine opinions, no decisions, and somehow it’s your job.
What we give you
The travel and the experience itself: flights, the house, ground transport, plus the decor, the food, the DJ, the photographer. A client came to us with a Sedona bachelorette for nine. We turned it into Joychella.

What the process actually looks like
No smoke and mirrors. It goes like this.
The first call (15 minutes)
Zoom or phone, 15 minutes. Where you’re thinking, when you’re going, the occasion, the vibe. By the end, you’ll know whether we’re the match. (We usually are.)
The proposal (within a week)
If we’re moving forward, we send a proposal: the approach, the cost, all of it in writing. No surprises.
We build it
The fun part. We’ll ask you questions (lots of them, we’re thorough), then come back with your itinerary and refine it until it feels right. You’re not handed a plan and wished good luck.
You go, we’ve got you
Trip booked, itinerary locked, and you’re off. If something goes sideways (rare, but travel is travel), we’re reachable. Full Concierge clients have us in real time.

Who we are
Ariventures Consulting LLC is a registered travel advisory based in New York, planning and managing international trips end to end.
Getting started
Every client starts with a consultation. Once we agree to work together, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to begin. Both are laid out in your proposal.
Travel insurance
Our recommendations come from first-hand experience, but travel is unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.
Support and liability
We’re here during your trip, but assume no legal liability for events outside our control. All sales are final. Because the work is custom, we don’t offer refunds once a contract is signed and work has begun.
