Pricing

  • Program Selection, Matching, and Application Preparation: $600+
    • Assist you in selecting the ideal study abroad program that fits your academic goals, interests, and preferences. Our orientation sessions prepare you with essential tips for cultural adaptation, health, safety and travel logistics, ensuring you are fully ready for your experience abroad. 
  • Visa and Immigration Support: $350+
    • Helping students navigate the visa application process, providing information on required documents and offering guidance on immigration requirements.
  • Pre-Departure Orientation: $200+
    • Conducting orientation sessions to prepare students for living and studying abroad, covering topics such as cultural adaptation, health and safety tips, and travel logistics.
  • Accommodation Arrangement: $500+
    • Assisting students in finding suitable housing options abroad, such as host families, dormitories, or apartment rentals.
  • Community Support: $100 – Yearly Subscription
    • Direct access to local assistance and join a student expat community for mutual support and insights. We also offer re-entry assistance, including debriefing sessions and guidance on academic credit transfers and career planning post-study abroad.
  • Destination Research and Recommendations: $100 
    • Providing detailed information about various destinations, including cultural highlights, safety tips, and travel advisories 
  • Customized Itinerary Building: $300 + 
    • Design personalized itineraries based on your interests and preferences, ensuring a tailored travel experience. 
  • Sourcing Flights & Accommodations $100 + 
    • Finding the best flight and accommodation options to fit your budget and needs, making booking easy and stress-free. 
  • Ground Transportation Recommendations: $50 
    • Organizing ground transportation options such as car rentals, airport transfers, and local transportation passes. 
  • Cultural and Language Tips: $50 
    • Providing cultural insights and basic language phrases to help clients navigate and respect local customs during their travels. 
  • Legal and Cultural Destination Orientation: $200 +  
    • Providing guidance on local laws, regulations, and customs to help clients navigate legal requirements, understand cultural norms, and respect local traditions. This includes information on important cultural practices, societal expectations, and legal obligations such as driving laws, employment regulations, and property rights. 
  • Language Training: $200 + 
    • Providing orientation sessions or workshops to help clients understand the local culture, etiquette, language basics, and social norms to facilitate integration. 
  • Housing Search and Assistance: $750 + 
    • Assisting clients in finding suitable housing options, such as rental apartments, houses, or temporary accommodations based on their preferences and budget. 
  • Immigration and Visa Support: $1000 + 
    • Guiding clients through immigration processes, visa applications, work permits, and residency requirements in the new country. 
  • Emergency Assistance and Contingency Planning: $200 
    • Developing contingency plans and providing emergency assistance services for unexpected events such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or political unrest 

Processes & Terms

  • Our pricing for services is listed above. All new clients must first book a 30-minute consultation ($50), so we can understand your preferences and needs, answer any questions, and discuss the next steps.
  • Once a service is agreed upon, we require a deposit of 50% of the full price of the desired service to be paid in advance.
  • Once the service is deemed complete by Ariventures Consulting LLC, the remaining 50% of the full price of the desired service is required to be paid.
  • Our recommendations are created based on what we have learned from personal experience, however unforeseen circumstances can occur during your trip and/or time studying/living abroad. When applicable, we strongly recommend all clients purchase travel insurance.
  • We assume no legal responsibility or liability for anything that happens on your trip and/or time studying/living abroad. However, we are here to help you with any questions or concerns that may arise.
