Who we are
Ariventures Consulting LLC is a registered travel advisory based in New York. This site, our travel design services, and our digital products are operated by Ariventures Consulting LLC.
Travel design
Every engagement starts with a consultation. Once we agree to work together, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to begin, with the full scope and investment laid out in your proposal. Because the work is custom, we don’t offer refunds once a contract is signed and work has begun.
Insider city guides
Guides are digital products, delivered on purchase and non-refundable. They’re for your personal use, not for redistribution or resale. Every recommendation is accurate when published, but cities move: places close, chefs leave, prices change. We update guides regularly and can’t be responsible for changes in between.
Travel insurance and liability
Our recommendations come from first-hand experience, but travel is unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance, every time. We assume no legal liability for events outside our control, and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and operators are governed by their own terms.

Postcards and privacy
Subscribing to Postcards means you agree to our privacy policy. Unsubscribe anytime. We don’t sell your information, to anyone.

Ariventures Abroad programs are separate from our travel design services and are governed by their own terms.
